Lettings Fees

Lettings Fees Information

Tenancy Holding Fee – 1 week’s Rent (Refundable on entering into a tenancy agreement)
Deposit – 5 week’s Rent will be required
Tenancy Changes – requested changes to the tenancy £50 inc VAT

Rent Arrears

Late Payment of Rent
If the rent is overdue by 14 days, interest will be charged at 3% plus the Bank of England rate for each day the payment is outstanding.

Other Charges

Security Key and security device – £50 inc VAT
